Nebraska
Built and operated a non-medical home care agency serving private-pay, Medicaid AD Waiver and VA clients.

Completed the Class B Non-Medical licensing process, built the survey-readiness system, passed the initial state survey with zero deficiencies and submitted the Medicaid HCBS enrollment application.
Texas
Completed the HCSSA Personal Assistance Services licensing process and submitted the Medicaid enrollment application through PEMS.
Iowa
Established the private-pay pathway for non-medical personal care and homemaker services. Medicaid enrollment has not been pursued, but the available pathway has been identified.
